*Although Presenting Counsel's Notice of Hearing cites vexatious, unwelcome behaviour which created a poisoned work environment and the Hearing Panel found that the subject JP acted in a manner inconsistent with the Human Rights Code in grounding their liability finding - NOT A SINGLE HUMAN RIGHTS CASE IS SIGHTED IN THE APPELLATE COURTS ! The JPRC referenced Hryciuk v. Ontario (1996) 31 O.R. (3d) twice in its factum - once at paragraph 16 and the other at paragraph 62. Each of those references spoke to the point that the matters in the Hunt Report could not be part of the then ongoing hearing before Justice Vallencourt.
